Data controller:

Purpose and basis of data processing:

Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR – the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes: e.g. conducting direct marketing, in particular sending information about services provided by the Administrator by electronic means to an e-mail address or by telephone in in the form of a phone call or SMS.

Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract: e.g. performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator.

Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator: e.g. issuing invoices, keeping and storing accounting documentation.

Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, requiring the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child, e.g. for archival purposes as pursuing claims for business; analytical goals and customer satisfaction research by determining the quality of service.

Permissions:

You have the right to access your data and rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to transfer data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of the above-mentioned data of the authority competent for the protection of personal data.

Data transfer:

Your personal data is confidential and the Administrator restricts their processing by other entities. However, in connection with the conducted activity, the data may be made available to subcontractors whose services are used by the Administrator, e.g. accounting offices providing accounting services (invoices, bills); hosting companies that store the Administrator’s data on the server (e-mail); foreign language teachers running their own business, cooperating with the Administrator; courier and postal companies as well as companies providing legal, advisory and debt collection services.

Your data will not be transferred to other countries.

Storage time:

Your data will be processed until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under the contract. The data contained in the invoices will be processed until the end of the period by which the law requires the keeping of accounting records. In addition, some data may be processed after the expiry of the previously indicated periods for the duration of the Administrator’s business activity for archival, analytical and statistical purposes.
